The Youth Entrepreneurship Investment Bank Management Company (YEIB MANCO) Technical Assistance Program is a Government of Liberia initiative, led by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry through its Small Business Administration, and financed by the African Development Bank. YEIB MANCO exists to help small and growing Liberian businesses become stronger, more organized, and ready for the next stage of growth.
This is the first cohort of the YEIB MANCO program. We're selecting 50 MSMEs from across Liberia to take part in a structured program of training, mentorship, and market connections. If you apply and aren't selected this time, more cohorts will follow — this is the beginning of an ongoing program, not a one-time opportunity.
YEIB MANCO is not a grant program. It doesn't hand out cash. What it offers instead is structured, hands-on support to help your business become genuinely investment-ready — the kind of foundation that makes it easier to grow, to borrow, and to attract serious partners down the line.
Female entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs with disabilities are highly encouraged to apply.
